SHIPPING POLICY

The shipping process is as follows: Shipments are made on Saturdays of each week, they are processed in the postal service, once the postal service processes your shipment it takes 3 to 7 business days.
We are not responsible for shipments delivered by the mailman to wrong addresses, nor will we pay shipping a second time if the package is returned for any error of the mail, if there is return of shipping for incomplete information from the customer there will be a charge of $ 5 for additional "Handling" Materials of the shipment. Any change of address to your account must notify the message tray and wait for confirmation.
